I was in america during the entire duration from september 2002 till January 2008. For the course of my stay, the administration in power in the USA was Bush Administration. This lawsuit against america is for that administrations activities which led to my schizophrenia being caused. This has resulted in the loss of my entire future as also problems for any and every country that I have travelled to or will travel to through the duration of my life. It has also affected the lives of my progeny (because the strain of DNA causing schizophrenia is now activated and have excellent chances of affecting my progeny as well) if it is possible for me to have any progeny in the future also. Therefore for me, my progeny and the countries that I have lived in or have helped me survive my medical ordeal since I returned to India in 2008 January, I am filing a 40 Trillion Euro Lawsuit against america.
If the respondents, the bush administration including but not limited to George Bush Junior, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld, die a natural death before completion of this case, then the remuneration sought from america will triple to 80 Trillion Euros.
The schizophrenia is specifically induced due to my stay in the US because Schizophrenia almost always affects susceptible DNA people only in their adolescence. In my adolscence, inspite of grave incidents like my dear friends death in front of my eyes and my own escape from drowning, I have not exhibited schizophrenic symptoms at all.
The schizophrenia flowered only after my long stay in US and exposure to anti-humanity activities of the Bush administration like Iraq and Afghanistan War as also mass surveillance which was proved true by Snowden. Finally, the main trigger in a compounding of events, was the inhuman stress that I was exposed to in my ‘First’ job in my entire career in the US at the end of 2007. This stress in my first job can also be attributed to aggressive pursuit of capitalist supremacy around the world by america as exhibited by its eternal enmity to communism as displayed throughout its history through the cold war, vietnam war and various policies.
I am seeking advise on where I can file this case as also who the lawyers are who might be willing to represent me given that I do not have any money.
I have 17 years of mercury left. After which there will be a hiatus of 7 years. Then its su su sukhran or venus buddy boys.. So I/we are going to take down these bastards one way or another before my lifetime. God willing.

They threw their entire government machinery at me based on my medically sanctioned paranoid schizophrenic thinking. Now, I am going to throw the entire world at them. Lets see how many missile defense shields they can build.

they accept the Vasudeiva Kudumbakam idea where all life forms have a right to live unlike capitalist thinking
Lets call on the communists.. . In ICC, Can we file a genocide case against america for killing communists and pursuing policies to wipe out communism a la North Korea, Anti-Chinese policies, Vietnam war, etc.. across the world? Communists also are people with a certain idea of life just like nationals of a country or of a particular ethnicity.
Are they also the only country spouting that muslims are evil? Its only their official news channels which are propagating Quran's teachings selectively and misrepresenting them as against peace. Are muslims an ehnic or religious group? can they seek relief from ICC? Can we have a separate muslim religion based law team look into this aspect?
This is in addition to exploring crime of aggression and war crimes case in the International criminal court at Hague.
As also pursuing security council for ratification of pursuing cases against america in the Hague.
